Young Lady Birthday Card

This card is very similar to page 6 of the current SU catalog. I didn't have the same color CS for the card itself, nor did I have the same stamp set, so I used Pale Plum CS and my Best Blossom stamp set (SU) . I don't have room for my sewing machine in my craft room, so I usually fall back on the Simple Stitches stamp set (CTMH) and used it on the Close to Cocoa strip on the left of the card.

Thinking of You

Here's a card right out of the SU catalog (page 139), changed out a bit with a different border punch and ribbon. I just bought the Rich Razzleberry CS & ink and really like the color!

Heartfelt Valentine Card

Here's a simple card I copied from Joan Ness (SCS). I'm enjoying the new Scallop Trim border punch from Stampin' Up! I'm not sure what she used to punch the hearts on the original card, but I used my Cricut and the Doodlecharms cartridge. This cartridge is becoming one of my favorites with all its great designs for almost every holiday.

Celebrate Card

Another simple Birthday Card (it just looks fancy!) Some simple punching and embossing and it changes the whole card! The original idea for this card is from Pam M, my SU Demo! Pam's card had a robot in the middle, but I didn't have that set, so I made this a birthday card for my great-nephew.

Fabulous Flowers Birthday Card

I challenged myself to make a card with one or two shades of pink and white and this is the card I designed. I used Pretty in Pink only to sponge the edge of the white, otherwise, just two colors: Pixie Pink & Pink Passion from SU.

Navy/Silver Cherish Card

I designed this card for our a bridal shower because the wedding colors are navy & silver. I'm still trying to decide if I like the silver sponging on the card or not! I just know it was too plain without the sponging.

Celebrate Today

This is just a simple birthday card using the CTMH August Stamp of the Month Set. I don't seem to be able to pass up trying to create a card with every new stamp set in my collection!

Western Card

Here is a western themed card and I thank TyAnn for the original design! She furnished the stamped image, and she also furnished the color scheme.

Map Birthday Card

This card was specially made for my nephew. It's another example using a CB embossing folder - this time I embossed a piece of aluminum foil. The map is simple printed off the internet and the truck is stamped on top with ink smudged around the edge using a sponge. My nephew loves old trucks, he's a master diesel mechanic, and lives in South Carolina.

Cuttlebug Birthday Card

Here's a very simple birthday card - I let my Cuttlebug do all the work!
(I brushed the embossed surface with an inkpad.)

Riley Moose Zoom Zoom Card

My brother-in-law has a red sports car & I couldn't resist using these Riley Moose stamps from Hanna Stamps for his birthday card.

Anniversary Card

An anniversary card for my dear sister and brother-in-law using my favorite color CS from Stampin Up! - Elegant Eggplant.
